I'm wanting to add an RSS feed to my blog and just can't seem to do so. My poor brain is just too tired. Could someone help?

Hi, hope I can be of help? Well, how i add an RSS to my favorites, and I'm hoping thats what your looking to do, just click on the little orange icon up in your Internet Explorer menu bar? Or, you can go to little symbol on the menu bar, top left, there are two of them, ones an orange star, then the next over is a plus and star, go there and you should see a way to subscribe to rss. Hope this helps... if it does not, you can always leave me a comment at my blog if you like.
